We visit. Soil, slope, water, access, canopy and existing infrastructure are recorded.

Written Proposal
Scope, phasing and itemised costs — including what we recommend leaving until later.

Execution
Our supervisors and local contractors carry out the work against the agreed phases.

Handover or Ongoing Care
Either we hand back a completed estate, or we stay on under a maintenance contract.
